This is a 1990's crepe dress from Jones NY with a cheetah pattern. There is a back tie for a bit of waist cinching. The garment allows for 1" or so of stretch. It is marked size Small. The dress form is a size 2 and already has fit issues on the bust line (gapping at the button).
